  • Reviewing our business processes through a self-assessment process and identifying preventive approaches to improve our performance,
  • Increasing the efficiency of all our processes to a level that can compete at the international level in line with the continuous improvement approach, 
  • We are working with all our strength to be an exemplary organization in terms of quality in the energy sector by managing our activities in an integrated manner with the Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems in order to encourage innovative and creative approaches and to carry out trainings that will increase technical and behavioral competencies.

Our suppliers must establish, document, implement, maintain and continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system that ensures the reduction of nonconformity for performance improvement.

Suppliers must have quality objectives that are measurable, measurable, achievable within a specific timeframe in line with the quality policy, and in line with EXTREME POWER TRANSFORMATOR expectations, including the conditions necessary to meet material requirements.

Suppliers must also have a management review process that ensures continuous improvement. These reviews should cover activity outputs to monitor all process performance.

The supplier shall plan, implement, control and perform the necessary improvement activities to minimize variability in all activities, in these activities and in the system as a whole.
